In these prenatal classes focus is on birthing muscles, posture, strength and flexibility. Pilates helps make pregnancy more comfortable, quicker labour, and faster recovery. Postnatal classes help to bring your body back to its pre-pregnancy state, strengthening those muscles that you will need in caring for your child.
